A Good Fitness Lifestyle

Ever since I started the fitness program, I can see and feel the different.  My stamina is getting better; I am losing extra weights and starts eating the right stuff at the right time.   My main purpose is not to have the muscular look, some people wanted to have the look that they go to the extend of taking human growth hormones but I am not.

My only concern is the extra unwanted fat in my body and the flabby looks.  People that having the muscular look after doing weight lifting is because they intake some hormones product.

The myth of looking muscular when doing weight lifting is not true, in fact weight lifting is good if a person wanted to lose weight and fat, also doing it the right way can make a person slimmer.

I started my body burn fitness program since November 2009 until today and still faithfully attending the workout. Honestly, I got the best fat burning exercise ever in my lifetime. The trainers are friendly and willing to educate and not only helping us to achieve our goals but also always ensure our safety during the workouts.

My body has better posture than last time, no more flabby arms, lesser flabby thighs, fitter buttock and hoping to have a flat tummy soon. :)   I have yet to check on the weighing scale but I know I have lost weight.

Body Burn Fitness Program Session 12-Last Session

My last Body Burn Program with Body By Design was on Thurday 17 December 2009.

  • Cardio Machines – Spinning Bike for 25minutes with climbing hill intervals
  • Sumo Squat with Dumbbell press
  • 1/2 push up
  • Lunges and Knee Up on Stepboard
  • Dumbbell Row and Upright Row


The last workout was very tough but I know it is for my own good.  Jeya was the trainer because Jodie wasn’t feeling well that day.  So next Tuesday-22 December 2009 my fitness partner and I will have a Christmas workout session with Jodie! :)

Although the Body Burn Program is over but the workout still continues.  January 2010 onwards I will continue for another 10 sessions, my fitness partner Lay Hwa will be there too. :)

Body Burn Fitness Program Session 9,10,11

When the sessions getting more advance, the entire workout is getting tough too, by this time I am able to do more advance workout with better stamina also. :)

  • Mixture of Cardio Machines – Treadmill, Elliptical, Cycle and Spin Bike for about 35minutes
  • Varieties of Step Ups
  • Weight Lifting – Chest Press, Seated Lat Pull Cable, Leg Press
  • Prison Squats/Squats by holding on dumbbells
  • Mixture of Kick  Boxing – Side kick, Front Kick and Punches
  • Lunges – Lunge Back and Walking Lunges

Every sessions, we do every little bit of different workout because it is for the whole body fitness.  Safety and the right technique for each workout is very important that is why Jodie my personal trainer always reminds me and make sure I do it right.  It is to prevent injuries and to get the right spot fitness that we want.

Body Burn Fitness Program Session 8

Last Thursday I did the BMD (Bone Mineral Density) test, from the test I will know my total body fat and muscle.  After talking to my trainer Jodie, now I have a goal to achieve.  I need to increase muscle to lose all the unwanted fat with the right fitness exercise.

My food intake will be different now, I will have 5 small amount of meal daily. That will be…BREAKFAST, SNACK, LUNCH, SNACK AND DINNER, all will be according to its suggested calories intake.

Session 8 I did…

  • Lunges
  • Pull Over
  • Cardio machines – Treadmill and Elliptical (30minutes)
  • Weight Lifting – Chest Press
  • Kick Boxing
