A Good Fitness Lifestyle
Friday, April 9th, 2010Ever since I started the fitness program, I can see and feel the different. My stamina is getting better; I am losing extra weights and starts eating the right stuff at the right time. My main purpose is not to have the muscular look, some people wanted to have the look that they go to the extend of taking human growth hormones but I am not.
My only concern is the extra unwanted fat in my body and the flabby looks. People that having the muscular look after doing weight lifting is because they intake some hormones product.
The myth of looking muscular when doing weight lifting is not true, in fact weight lifting is good if a person wanted to lose weight and fat, also doing it the right way can make a person slimmer.
