KooKoo Neighbour
Friday, November 30th, 2007
I can’t stand thinking about my 2 neighbours. One is on my left and the other on my right. In between 2 “kookoo” neighbour, hopefully one day I won’t turn into a koo-koo bird.
Let me mumble about my left neighbour…
This family consist of husband, wife, 2 sons, 1 girlfriend,1 China moi tenant and 1 NOISY Chiwawa dog (her name is LuLu). This neighbour talk so loud and like to scream to each other. I believe the whole street of people can hear them. Now, that little fella..noisy doggie, her voice so sharp that one day maybe my FIL pots plant will break. Sigh..cannot “tahan” the noise. I always have this plan to put sleeping pill into sausages then feed that dog!
The family will talk to the dog like human being conversation. But I can’t deny that LuLu is a clever dog. She can reach out for house keys to pass to her master.
There was one time, I was doing spring cleaning and put all rubbish at the front gate. Later in the afternoon I saw this neighbour laundry line have familiar clothes and caps hanging. Oh no! They search my rubbish! Sigh..next time I know, I will not throw away any clothes, I will just give it to them.
My right side of neighbour…
Consist of husband, wife and 3 kiddos. One thing crazy about this family is the WIFE. I can always hear the kids screaming for help. Mummy spanking them! She will spank her kids when they can’t do their homework properly or kids don’t behave. Now, I am not talking about normal spanking, her spanking is those abusive act. Spank with anger not spank with love. (u get what i mean?) Anyway, got one time there is a huge fight and argument between husband and wife about spanking their kids. Seriously LOUD fight. My MIL have to call their parents help. Sigh…how to handle this kind of neighbour? I can only show them a good example of a loving family.
Well, conclusion is, no matter how crazy my both neighbour can be, they are still my neighbour. When I bake cake or make agar-agar, I will give them some. With God’s help, I can treat them as my good neighbour.
Leviticus 19:18 (NIV)> Do not seek revenge or bear a grudge against one of your people, but love your neighbor as yourself. I am the LORD.
