Hubby Pay For My Mistake

Saturday, May 30th, 2009

I never like to shop at Giant but this morning we decided to go Giant at Kelana Jaya because we have free RM90 voucher to spend.  It is our first time going there.  We are not sure which is the main entrance and thought the petrol station that next to Giant can lead us to the entrance but we were wrong.

So I thought I can reverse the car at the petrol station lane and try to search again.  I look at the back mirror and side mirror, and then I reverse.  Suddenly we heard a loud BANG!  Hubby shouted, “you hit a car!!”.  Sigh…then I try to drive a side so that I won’t create a traffic jam.

But then the driver run to us and knock so hard on my door and shouted “u mau lari kah?!!” (u want to run away?!!), then I open the door and told him NO, I just want to park the car at the side road.  That man was so angry and I though he is going to punch me.

Then later he says sorry to us and told us he had an argument with his fellow officer in the army camp.  We say sorry to him too and after a few round of discussion, we pay him RM300 for him to repair his dented front car.  My car was OK because it was the spare tyre (Kembara) that hit his front car.

After that incident, I felt so guilty that hubby has to pay RM300 for my reckless driving.  *double sigh* Have to spend unnecessary money for my mistake.  Sad.

But I want to thank God that the guy is not a road bully and no one is hurt during the incident.

Lesson for today: Next time I will not reverse the car in a hurry moment and do not reverse the car at a one way street.

Busy Bee Buzzing Around

Wednesday, May 27th, 2009

I’ve been very busy; don’t have my own sweet time to blog. Naomi doesn’t sleep much during the afternoon time. So my time is fully occupied with her.

Cooking, washing, feeding, playing, bla bla bla…

Yesterday she was having fever, so all the time I’m with her and cuddling her. Geezz…I am having tired shoulder now. But thank God she is recovering fast.

Shocking Moment at IKEA

Saturday, May 23rd, 2009

I was happily seating near to the Children area eating lunch with Naomi.  Then I saw a man, a women, a daughter and a maid seating next table.  The father, mother and the daughter was wearing smartly and posh look.  The maid is with a uniform and feeding the child.

Then I heard the mother said to the child “if can’t finish give kakak eat”.

I just look and observe, few minutes later the father, mother and the child left the table.  Finally the maid get to seat down to have her lunch.  My heart feel like popping out when I saw her eating the LEFT OVER FOOD!  I was shocked to see the maid eating the left over rice that are flooded with gravy, eating the left over chicken that only left bone and drink the left over coffee.

Gosh!!

What is going wrong with that family?

My heartfelt the sadness and disappointed about how the family treating the maid. How the child going to learn to treat others with love and kindness?

How about you today, how do you treat your maid lately?

If we want people to treat us with love and kindness, we first must treat others with love and kindness.

Going to China Embassy

Thursday, May 21st, 2009

I am excited because tomorrow I’m going to China Embassy to collect our visa to China.  We are travelling to Shenzhen, China next month.  The main reason hubby and Jestine (business partner) going to Shenzhen is to buy some electronics part. So the wife and the kids is tagging along for some shopping spree and hunt for delicious local cuisine.

We will be departing on the 4th June by Air Asia and at this point everything is finalized.

Capturing the moment with style

Thursday, May 21st, 2009

Naomi is 22months old now.  Since she was born till’ now we always take her photos at anytime and anyway.  Which mean the camera is always at reach.  At times it is very difficult to take her photo but most of the time we manage to capture pretty photo.

She enjoys her playtime at Desa Park City and like watching daddy flying his RC Plane.  I capture a lot of hubby’s flying RC Plane photo too.  Maybe I should get a digital frame to load all hubby’s flying RC Plane moment and display it at his office.
