Body Burn Fitness Program Session 3
Everyday thinking about going to the fitness center makes me excited and happy. It also motivated me to push on and never give up on what ever exercise I am on. Jodie, Jaya and my fitness partner Lay Hwa is a great motivator and I am so glad to have them.
What I did today…
- 1.8km walk on the treadmill
- 2.2km on the cycle
- Weight lifting – for lower and upper body
- Fitball
- Some stretches
- Kickboxing
I am starting to like the treadmill and enjoys my walk on it. Oh, the kickboxing session was great! I miss those kicking and punching, my last kicking and punching time was in year 1993. I have fun kickboxing with Jodie and Jaya.
In the end of the session, Lay Hwa and I went to have dinner together. We had a great chat and we left that area at 10.30pm! Heehee.
