- Lunges
- Reverse Crunch
Session 7
- Cardio machines – Treadmill and Elliptical
- Weight lifting – Seated Roll and Leg Curls
- Trampoline
- Plank Exercise

Yeah, very fast and 5 more session to go for Body Burn Program and after that will see how and need to talk to Jodie for the next program. I am always looking forward to exercise at the center, it is very fun! At home, I am occupied and by then I’m tired…so at the center I can concentrate and do what I need to do to achieve the goal.
